With the recent release of their debut album ‘Cutting Strings‘ already garnering rave reviews, Streetfight Silence will be heading out on a mini UK tour this December. In association with Saviour Management, SFS will be embarking on a 7 date tour in support of the album starting in Swansea on the 3rd December.

Former Oasis man Bonehead takes new band Parlour Flames on the road this Autumn
Former Oasis guitarist Bonehead will be taking his new band, Parlour Flames, on the road this Autumn. Having teamed up with legendary Manchester troubadour Vinny Peculiar, Parlour Flames will be releasing their début album in early 2013, preceded by a UK Tour this Autumn.
The Joiners will host the first South Coast appearance from the new project on the 13th October and is sure to be a packed night! Tickets go on sale soon so don’t miss the chance to see them here first!

Tom Hingley to play Southampton and release book… in that order
Tom Hingley set to release his ‘Carpet Burns’ biography
Tom Hingley, former vocalist with the Inspiral Carpets, one of the best loved bands of the Madchester scene is set to release his biography documenting his time with the group.
‘Carpet Burns‘ is a biography of Inspiral Carpets, a celebratory humorous setting out of 23 years of former lead singer Tom Hingley’s life, both with the band and beyond, it talks about the Manchester scene of the 19late Eighties, and early Nineties, touching a variety of subjects including what it felt like to perform on the iconic Top of the Pops, stories relating to the bands 1990 Reading Festival headlining spot and what it felt like to be in one of the biggest Indie bands in the UK for several years…its a right riveting read!
Published by Route Publishing and set to be released in July 2012.
Tom Hingley will also be performing at Lennon’s in Southampton on Thursday 19th April. Playing songs from both his solo release and classic Inspiral tunes, this is set to be a great night with an indie legend!

Frank Hamilton announces UK Tour dates for April.
The rather fantastic Frank Hamilton will be embarking on a mini UK tour in April, promoting his ‘One Song A Week’ project and TAPEtoTAPE in association with Angry Badger Records and Must See Music will be staging two of the shows!
Angry Badger Presents Frank Hamilton will be at Lennon’s Night Club in Southampton on the 11th April. We have some great supports lined up with a special acoustic set from The Stealers along with Callum McDonald.

On Tuesday 29th November, Jägermeister heads to Hertfordshire for ‘Ice Cold in Hatfield’ featuring six bands spread across two rooms at The Forum Hertfordshire.
Main room headliners The King Blues will bring their raucous blend of punk and reggae to the masses, with a blistering live performance of tracks from their latest album, ‘Punk & Poetry’. In support are reggae-punks The Skints and Crowns. Headlining the second room will be Sheffield’s ‘mathcore’ heroes, Rolo Tomassi, with support from Turbowolf and Hawk Eyes, who will make for a seriously noisy night of metal.
